Even on a carb lovers’ diet, it is often possible to find low carb recipes or recipes which can be adapted, to be low carb. If you believe in low fat, you don’t need to change anything.

Firstly, you want fattier pork mince and pork sausagemeat, for preference. Instead of spaghetti, use either low carb konjac spaghetti or peel courgettes (zucchini) and put them through a spiralizer, before cooking. If you want to add more veg, ,make your own sauce.
