This recipe can be found in Jamie Oliver’s 5 Ingredients: Quick and Easy Food. For low carbers, the traybake can be served with a spicy cauliflower rice, or with organic gluten-free konjac ‘rice’. Poppadums, made with gram flour (ground chick peas) are around 7g carbs for two poppadums.
