CLOUD BREAD

It’s not bread as we know it. Jim.

Didn’t have psyllium husk so coconut flour was substituted. Followed the recipe from Diet Doctor. It’s best described as a souffle-omelette. Maybe because it was coconut flour, it was exceedingly floppy. No way could it be used as bread. Tasted very cheesy and rich with a hint of egg.
