If you are in UK and looking for organic peanut butter, don’t buy the Waitrose Duchy organic peanut butters if you want to be palm oil free. Equal Exchange organic Fairtrade butter is palm oil free, literally nothing but peanuts, not even salt. https://www.equalexchange.co.uk/product/organic-crunchy-peanut-butter/#comment-948
Another product we’ve tried, is Morrisons The Best organic rice cakes. 6g carbs per 7.6g rice cake, but only a trace of sugar and salt. Not much fat, fibre or protein but think of them as a vehicle for all that cream cheese, prosciutto, cucumber, tomato etc. Tasty and made in Belgium. A lot of rice cakes for £1.20 (15/07/20)
