Sir Malcolm Walker, founder of Iceland Foods, is very pro-organic, but Iceland supermarkets don’t carry organic food. They specialise in frozen food (but do sell fresh) and it’s possible to eat clean but non-organic. Prices are excellent.

British food labels do the net carb calculation for you, so taking the fibre number from the carbs is NOT done in UK. The carb number IS net carbs.
